Buying a house or an apartment nowadays has become more difficult. After the crisis and if we consider that the biggest percentage of people manage to buy houses with bank loans, proceeding to that step has been more and more complicated. The past years though, in Romania, the purchase of a house has been become a little bit easier and the apartments purchases in general, are on the rise.
In this article, we will present some dialogues in the Romanian language (as we did also in previous articles) with the translation, in order to help you get some small Romanian lessons in case you want to stay in this beautiful country and -why not- buy an apartment or a house. In that point, we have to mention that Romanian law provides many facilities for those who want to acquire a property.
Let’s begin then with the first dialogue:
Person: Good morning!
Agent: Good morning! How can I help you?
Person: I would like to ask some information because I am considering to buy an apartment.
Agent: Of course. In which area?
Person: In the Piață Universitate area.
Agent: Sure. Let me search and I will come back to you with the information.
Person: Thank you very much, have a great day.
Agent: You too!
Persoana: Bună ziua!
Agent: Bună ziua! Cu ce vă pot ajuta?
Persoana: As dori să cer niste informații pentru că mă găndesc să cumpăr un apartament.
Agent: Desigur. In ce zonă?
Persoană: În zonă Piață Universitate.
Agent: Sigur. Lasă-mă să caut și voi reveni cu informațiile.
Persoana: Mulțumesc foarte mult, o zi minunată.
Agent: Și dumnevoastră!

information = informație
area = zonă

Let’s move on with our second dialogue:
Person: Good afternoon! Can I please ask some information about a house?
Agent: Good afternoon! Of course, I am at your disposal.
Person: I would like to buy a house on the outskirts of Bucharest
Agent: Sure. There is one 350 square meters with a quite big yard and a smaller one, 220 square meters with a smaller yard.
Person: Could you please tell me the price of the smaller one?
Agent: It’s 125.00 euro.
Person: OK, great. I will call you with my answer.
Agent: Thank you very much!
Persoană: Buna ziua! Pot să cer informații despre o casă?
Agent: Bună ziua! Desigur, vă stau la dispoziție.
Persoană: As dori sa cumpăr o casă la marginea Bucurestiului
Agent: Sigur. Există unul de 350 de metri pătrati cu o curte destul de mare și unul mai mic de 220 de metri pătrați cu o curte mai mică.
Persoană: Îmi puteti spune va rog pretul celui mai mic?
Agent: Este 125,00 euro.
Persoană: OK, grozav. O să vă sun cu raspunsul meu.
Agent: Mulțumesc foarte mult!
